2013 田んぼアート(田舎館村) 2013 Art of Rice Paddy in Inakadate village Aomori Japan.
Rice paddy crop art (田んぼの芸術, Tanbo no geijutsu) 2013 ~ Japanese oiran at ricefields in Inakadate Town, Aomori Prefecture, Tōhoku Region. The theme was the iconic female entertainers of Japan. Oiran (花魁) were a type of prostitutes (high-class courtesan), but were also entertainers. They were valued for much more than just their looks and sexual prowess.
